I REALLY need help with the 'WHAT TO TAKE TO THE BEACH' department, is not a joke, I haven't been to the beach/swimming pool for so many years now, thing is I'll be on the beach and swimming pool for the next 2 days, my question is... what should I take? What brand of tanning lotion and sunblock is better ??? I need to buy this stuff today ASAP! (I wish I could take my leather jacket but I'm afraid it's too hot lol)

And I'll admit it... the whole idea of turning 25 was really scaring me, I'm not so sure why though, definitely is NOT the quarter life crisis, thankfully I'm far from getting a crisis at this point in my life. I know I don't talk much about my private life in this blog but I just wanted to share some thoughts I've been having for this past few years.
YOU DON'T NEED 293038.. people around to call you 'friend'. I feel very sorry for those who think that the more people you have around the more loved you should feel, trust me, look around, study each person, NOT EVERYONE IS NEXT TO YOU FOR THE RIGHT REASONS, just kick them out of your life,is very easy to do it once you find out who aren't your friends, you don't need them, who needs bullshit people around anyway? I don't. RESPECT YOURSELF. How can you love someone if you don't love YOU? If you don't care about yourself first, nobody else will. SPEAK UP. don't shush your mouth, say what you have to say. BE HONEST, don't lie, there are still few people in the world who appreciates honesty. PUT YOUR FEET ON THE GROUND and realize that life is hard, yeah, but you'll get your prize if you work hard for it (unless you live in a magical world full of unicorns and rainbows). BE SMART, USE YOUR BRAIN. Don't ever take decisions based on emotions, don't let your heart decide for you. IT'S OK TO REGRET FOR THE PAST but unfortunately you can't change it, so you have 2 choices living with regretfulness (torturing yourself thinking how it could be IF...) or...JUST MOVE ON! Life goes faster than you think, forget the past and LOOK/MOVE FORWARD, the present and specially the future is what really matters. PICK YOUR PRIORITIES. For some people is money, for some others is having the perfect family, for others to be succesful, etc. Whatever it is, decide what are yours and start working on it! ACCEPT YOU FLAWS. Sorry to deliver this sad news to you but... you're not perfect, you have issues like everybody else, just manage to live with them, and look for help if you think you need it. REMEMBER WHERE YOU COME FROM. So you can appreciate what you have. STAY TRUE TO YOURSELF. Defend your points of view, stand for what you believe. BE A LEADER NOT A FOLLOWER. Don't be one of the bunch. NEVER GIVE UP. As hard and tough you think your life is, it'll get better, trust me, i know what I'm saying, just hang in there. WHAT DOESN'T KILL YOU, MAKES YOU STRONGER. The more you've been through the stronger and more invincible you are. IT'S OK TO CRY ONCE IN A WHILE. Hey! everybody needs to let it out, but don't make your life look like a soup opera, nobody wants people's pity right? SAY 'I LOVE YOU'. To the people you think it deserves it (Jonathan I love you!)

Lo admito... el sólo hecho de pensar que cumpliría 25 años me daba miedo, no sé por qué la verdad, pero definitivamente no tiene nada que ver con la crisis del cuarto de siglo, felizmente estoy muy lejos de sufrir una crisis en éste momento de mi vida y bueno, aunque no hablo mucho de mi vida privada en éste blog, quería compartir algunos pensamientos que me acompañan desde hace ya bastante tiempo, al final de que sirven las experiencias si no se comparten no?
'AMIGOS' no necesitas 98498098... gente a tu alrededor que te llame 'amigo'. Siento lástima por todos los que piensan que teniendo más gente alrededor son más queridos, fijense bien alrededor suyo, estudien a cada persona y verán que NO TODOS ESTAN A NUESTRO LADO POR LAS RAZONES CORRECTAS, ni bien se den cuenta, será más fácil deshacernos de ellos, no los necesitas, quién necesita gente asi? Yo no. RESPETATE. Cómo puedes querer a alguien si no TE QUIERES? Si no te importas primero, nadie más lo hará por ti. HABLA!. No te calles, dí lo que tengas que decir. SE HONEST@. No mientas, aún existimos personas que apreciamos la honestidad. PON LOS PIES EN LA TIERRA y date cuenta que la vida es difícil, si, pero al final del camino tendrás una recompensa si trabajas mucho por tenerla (a menos que vivas en mundo mágico con unicornios y arco iris). SE INTELIGENTE, USA LA CABEZA. No tomes decisiones basadas en emociones, no dejes que el corazón decida por ti. ESTA BIEN ARREPENTIRSE POR ACCIONES PASADAS, pero lamentablemente no se pueden suprimir, asi que te quedan 2 opciones, o vives lleno de arrepentiemientos (torturándote con el 'y SI...') o... SUPERALO! La vida se pasa mas rápido de lo que crees, olvida el pasado y MIRA/SIGUE ADELANTE, el presente y el futuro es lo que realmente importa. ELIGE TUS PRIORIDADES. Para algunas personas es el dinero, para otras es tener la familia perfecta, para otros ser exitoso, etc. Sea cual sea, decide la tuya y empieza hacer algo por eso! ACEPTA TUS DEFECTOS. Siento mucho en darte la terrible noticia pero resulta que no eres perfecto, tienes problemas como todo el mundo, sólo aprender a vivir con ellos y busca ayuda si lo necesitas. RECUERDA DE DONDE VIENES. Sólo asi podrás apreciar lo que tienes ahora. SE FIEL A TI MISMO. Defiende tus puntos de vista y lo que crees. SE UN LIDER NO UN SEGUIDOR. No seas uno más del montón. NO TE RINDAS. Por más complicada y dura que te parezca tu vida, todo mejorará, créeme, sé lo que digo. LO QUE NO TE MATA TE HACE FUERTE. Mientras más hayas pasado en la vida, más fuerte serás. ESTA BIEN LLORAR DE VEZ EN CUANDO. Bueno, todos necesitamos desahogarnos, pero tampoco vamos a hacer de nuestra vida una novela, a nadie le gusta que el resto sienta pena por nosotros, no? DECIR TE AMO. A la gente que realmente lo merece (JONATHAN TE ADORO!)

See, I love heels and all 'cause they're sexier plus they make me look slimmer and taller, but i gotta say usually it's a pain in the @SS walking around on these high heels, that's why NOW I prefer wedges, they still hot, they still make me taller and skinnier (lol) and best part of all they are actually VERY comfy. So far I've been having a great experience with my potion boots, that's why as soon as I saw this pair I was stocked! the leather knots look so soft *sigh* too bad (or good actually) summer is about to end - here on the south hemisphere - so I'll have to wait until next season to find something that resembles this, 'cause I surely can't afford $344 on wedges ;)
Chau Har Lee, designer extraordinaire of the most futuristic and architectural shoes I've ever seen. Seriously. He presents a visionaire shoe collection using materials such as wood, acrylic and steel to create an ultra structural feel, almost as if we were talking about sculptures. Amazing.
